If an SMSF receives contributions from external employers, other than related party employers, it must have an ESA facility to receive SuperStream data electronically.
Our ESA also manages rollover requests and release authorities.
You will need to pass on the details of your ESA to your employer to ensure you receive contributions and/or rollovers and release authorities.
Once obtained you also need to notify the ATO.
