To our valued clients,
The Coronavirus situation continues to move quickly as SuperConcepts and many businesses work through a proportionate response to help maintain service levels for you.
This is an extreme situation with variables beyond the control of our planning, but we want to keep you updated on what to expect as SuperConcepts – and the workforce of most of the world’s nations – faces new circumstances in Business As Usual.
Office closures and a secure remote working environment
In NSW and Victoria our physical sites will close from Tuesday, 24 March. Our planning for this has proved successful and all employees have completed a staged work from home plan that is now in full effect.
The Brisbane and Adelaide offices remain open for the time being and we will review in line with any mandates issued from the Government. Planning for a full work from home mandate in those states is well advanced.
All employees working from home have heightened IT security measures to ensure protection of all physical hardware, connectivity, and data held by SuperConcepts.
How our teams are working together remotely for you
All SuperConcepts representatives, including your Client Services Managers, are still available in the same way you would normally contact them. Above all, we want to assure you that whilst we are taking the necessary precautions, providing the same service and support levels to you from our team is a top priority.
The factors in this are immense. Everything from our working parents having children home from school, to home Internet speeds will play a significantly role in what becomes Business As Usual.
An important part of that is ensuring our people have the tools they need to stay in touch and keep business flowing during this challenging time.
Like many organisations, we’re seeing a significant increase in clients getting in touch. Our teams are working hard to help but we are experiencing some impact to service times with our support teams at peak periods.
If you are ever unsure who to contact please email and one of the team will respond as soon as possible.
Keep well yourself
In these uncertain times I said to my family this morning that amidst of all of this craziness it was important that we take the time to realise what is going on around us, think about what we can control and what we cannot, think about how wish to behave and look after those that we love and may not have the support networks immediately in place. I hope you are keeping physically and mentally healthy and connected to people, and looking out for each other.
We recognise that this is an extremely difficult time for all. If there is any way in which SuperConcepts can assist you, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Kind regards,
Lara Bourguignon
