SuperConcepts has added CoreLogic PropertyHub to its Connected Services portal for all SuperMate software Trustees and SMSF administration clients.
The new integration enables SMSF trustees to set up a property hub account within minutes to access property valuations and reports.
CoreLogic is the largest provider of property information, analytics, valuation ordering services in Australia and New Zealand.
SuperConcepts Connected Services is the only online market place of financial product and service providers built for trustees to help them manage their SMSF.
“This is a huge help for SMSF trustees with property in their fund as it needs valuations for compliance every three years, so this makes it very simple,” said Kurt Groeneveld, SuperConcepts CTO.
“If an SMSF is looking to invest in property it means they no longer have to go to real estate agents or google manually, they can get valuations directly from the Connected Services portal ,” said Mr Groeneveld.
The CoreLogic integration allows SuperConcepts administration clients and SuperMate users one-click access to create a CoreLogic account inside the connected services portal.
“With one-click you can order property valuations and other property related products, and also receive status notifications all within a single view hub for trustees to manage their SMSF,” said Mr Groeneveld.
