SMSF TechAssist terms & conditions

Fees are deducted monthly in advance from your nominated bank account.  

Your membership can be cancelled at any time by providing 14 days-notice. A cancellation fee of $385 applies if your membership is cancelled within 90 days of you becoming a SMSF TechAssist member.   

The $99 (GST Incl.) monthly membership fee, which is deducted from your nominated bank account, can be increased by SuperConcepts on the provision of a written notice to you 30 days prior to the effective date of the increase.

SMSF TechAssist team members reserve the right charge consultancy fees at the discounted rate of $220 (GST Incl.) per hour for assistance which exceeds one hour per month. 

Assistance provided to you by a SMSF TechAssist team member may include; Taxation Advice (including advice in relation to the taxation implications of financial products); Compliance Advice in relation to SMSF laws; General Advice in relation to superannuation, life risk insurance and basic deposit products.

Assistance provided to you as a SMSF TechAssist member is provided to you by SMSF Operations Pty Ltd ABN 30 007 778 341 a registered tax agent (Registration No. 54040001) and Corporate Authorised Representative of SMSF Administration Solutions Pty Ltd (AFSL 291195) who is authorised to provide general advice on superannuation, life risk insurance and basic deposit products trading as “SuperConcepts”, “AMP SMSF Solutions”, “Ascend”, “Cavendish”, “JustSuper”,”Multiport”,”SuperIQ”,”YourSMSF”.

Assistance provided to you as a SMSF TechAssist member is prepared without considering your client’s objectives, financial situation or needs and because of that, you should, before acting on the advice, consider the appropriateness of the advice having regard to your client’s objectives, financial situation and needs. If the advice provided to you as a SMSF TechAssist member relates to the acquisition or possible acquisition of a financial product by your client, you should obtain a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) relating to that product and consider the PDS before making any recommendation about whether to acquire the product.

Members of the SMSF TechAssist team are not authorised to provide any personal financial product advice or general advice relating to financial products other than superannuation, life risk insurance and basic deposit products.
