The comprehensive annual base fee covers year-round fund administration, compliance monitoring and regular fund reconciliation.

New SMSF
For a new SMSF, ensure your clients have:
- • Chosen a name for their SMSF
- • Personal details for each member including tax file numbers
- • If they intend to use a corporate trustee, the name they would like to use for this company
- • Identification documents for themselves and each fund member, eg. driver’s license, Medicare card, passport
Transfer SMSF
If transferring an SMSF, ensure your clients have:
- • Details of their existing SMSF
- • Details of their corporate trustee (if they have one)
- • If you are currently using an administrator for the fund, their contact details so we can contact them and initiate the transfer
