SuperConcepts to rollout major customer service and adviser services in 2021

A major upgrade to the SuperConcepts platform will provide enormous benefits to customers in 2021 and improved adviser services across the board.

SuperConcepts has completed the consolidation process of migrating its systems from 11 stacks onto a single platform we are moving forward with. That will mean customers only have a single dashboard to navigate while our customer service team will also benefit from a single workflow system which will enable them to better serve our clients.

This process has been complete and SuperConcepts clients will be moved across over the Christmas break so they will notice a big difference in the New Year.

SuperConcepts Chief Technology Officer Brad Ackermann said he was looking to the next 12 months and the potential the new system has to improve the customer experience.

"We're migrating all our customers to our new dashboard and the feedback from advisers and customers who have attended live webinars and had experience with the new system is extremely positive," he said.

“Not only are we going to improve our customers’ experience, but we're also going to simplify the way we work. One workflow tool for all our funds, standard workflows for all procedures, being able to provide support to colleagues because we all use the same system and do things the same way, advanced reporting, all powered by SuperMate, it truly is an exciting time.”

The migration to the new dashboard will ensure workflows cannot be lost between systems and enable easier tracking of work, while advanced automation will mean greater accuracy and efficiencies in administration processes.

"This will deliver the best client experience, both technically and personally," Mr Ackermann said.

It will also improve the training and onboarding of SuperConcepts staff as they will have a unified system to work on which is more simple and more efficient than the old methods.

Clients will be migrated to the new dashboard over the Christmas break and asked for feedback for further improvements that SuperConcepts can make in the future.
