Significant investment into SuperMate set to revolutionise the way SuperConcepts supports our professional clients

Nov 30, 2020, 17:00 PM

Simpler, easier and smarter. The new SuperMate web-based platform and app is coming in 2021.

After consultation with our valued clients, our expert technical team is preparing a vastly improved user experience which will include a brand new web-based user-interface, a mobile app for trustees as well as an updated and simplified version of the classic desktop application.

The new SuperMate is part of a significant investment into the future of SuperConcepts and will feature the most advanced artificial intelligence processes the industry has seen to date. It will also include major new forms of automation that will free up the arms of accountants, SMSF administrators and advisers so they can simplify their operations and spend more time with their clients.

SuperConcepts will be unveiling these new features throughout 2021 and inviting clients to join us on the journey to trial these new automated processes that will save hours in data entry, automate conversions, reconcile transactions and documents, link in with Open Banking and generate, schedule, prepare and lodge tax returns.

The new SuperMate AI functions will be backed up by our team of experts with human augmentation so that you will always have 100 per cent accurate automation throughout all your processes and interactions with our platform. And the new SuperMate mobile app will allow trustees to lodge and access documents, queries and minutes from any location on the planet.

SuperConcepts Chief Technology Officer Brad Ackermann said simplification and automation were the key advancements users could expect and that he wanted SuperMate users to join in the journey in 2021 and be part of the transition process.

"The new SuperMate will bring new concepts in a simple design, it is easy to interact with and is a lot less complicated than the current software that is on the market," he said.

"There will be no more options layered under submenus, no more training for the user to become proficient with SuperMate, just a simple to use, good-looking UI with a whole range of new features. We will be rolling these out to new customers after the first quarter of 2021 to get feedback and aim to launch in the third quarter."

SuperConcepts Chief Executive Lara Bourguignon said the rollout of the new SuperMate was the next evolution in SuperConcepts' commitment to simplifying all SMSF services and delivering products that would improve the lives of clients.

“While 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, it gave SuperConcepts the chance to go back to the drawing board and listen to the needs and requirements of our clients,” she said.

“We have listened and have invested heavily into delivering the simpler, more user-friendly experience our clients need in the modern era with features that are going to help them improve their ability to help their own customers as well. We look forward to sharing all of the new features of SuperMate throughout 2021 with our valued professional clients.”
