As recognised thought-leaders we're also delivering some key presentations.

James Fitzpatrick, our Chief Customer Officer, will discuss the future state of the SMSF customer experience. He’ll discuss how expectations are rapidly evolving as technology enables unprecedented personalisation, convenience and speed; and how blending human and A.I. can create new efficient customer propositions. He ties this one back to what SMSF professionals can do now, to meet the future expectations of their customers.

Our Technical Services and Education team, one of the industry’s heavy hitters, will put the 1 July super reforms front and centre.

  • Peter Burgess, who heads the team, together with Graeme Colley, discuss the potential impact of the reforms on retirement aspirations and savings. Come and see what issues crop up, discover new strategies, and find out how you can assist and add additional value to clients.
  • Mark Ellem talks about related parties and in-house assets; the limitations, special rules and penalties that apply.
  • All of these sessions offer practical case studies that consider a range of strategies and options to consider for clients.
