Richard brings decades of experience from his previous role as partner at accounting firm KPMG. Serving on KPMG’s National Board and National Executive Committee, as well as a non-executive director for a number of public, private and not for profit companies, Richard is passionate about providing strategic advice to the financial services sector.
In 2007, Richard was appointed a member of the Order of Australia in recognition of his service to the community and leadership role in a number of charities. Since 2014, he has held office as Tribunal of the Statutory and Other Officers Remuneration Tribunal (SOORT).
Jonathan as the Chief Innovation Officer for AMP is responsible for building human centred design and corporate venturing capabilities as well as leading our broader innovation activities. He brings with him a wealth of financial services experience. After a decade spent building his financial knowledge as an investment banker in the UK, Jonathan joined AMP’s UK-based asset management subsidiary Henderson Global Investors in 2000.
Stuart has extensive SMSF experience from his previous roles as Assistant Deputy Commissioner Superannuation and, more recently, the non-executive director of SuperIQ Pty Ltd. Stuart is a director of a Brisbane based superannuation consulting and training business. With his unique background across the industry, he brings a broad skill set spanning large organisation experience, current consulting knowledge and high level technical skills to the board.
As the Chief Customer Officer on the AMP Group Leadership Team, Paul has a strong strategic focus on continually improving our customer experience. Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry, since launching his career at ANZ Banking Group. He brings a wealth of strategic marketing, operations, merger, business transformation and innovation experience to the board.
Amanda is Board Director, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Startups of IBM Australia and New Zealand. With over 20 years’ experience working as a senior executive in Fortune 500 companies in the US and Asia Pacific, she brings extensive strategic marketing, business transformation and innovation experience to the board. As a co-founder and Founding Co-CEO of a New York based social media and big data startup, Amanda is passionate about using early stage technology to bring about significant transformational change, a growth mindset and disruption to traditional business models.
Chief Executive Officer, SuperConcepts
Recognised as a thought leader in finance and business, Natasha is a highly respected business leader with over two decades of experience in the finance sector and a track record for delivering consistent and sustainable results with leading finance and insurance companies. As CEO of SuperConcepts, Natasha defines its strategic direction and is passionate about providing customer value. She holds an MBA and an Associate membership of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
General Manager, Business Development
Stephen is a highly skilled entrepreneur who has over 20 years’ experience with the SMSF industry where he established and ran the Justsuper business before joining SuperConcepts. In addition to being a well-respected SMSF leader, Stephen is also an SMSF Specialist Advisor and SMSF Specialist Auditor with the SMSF Association and an ASIC approved SMSF Auditor.
General Manager, Sales
Naomi provides sales leadership for the National Sales Team, which is responsible for building and sustaining lasting relationships with financial services professionals dedicated to growing their business in the SMSF arena. With over 16 years’ wealth management experience, she has held senior positions at ANZ across sales, project management, customer experience and regulation. Her professional qualifications include an Executive MBA, Certified Financial Planner CFP© and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
General Manager, Business Transformation
A strong and dynamic team leader, Stuart is responsible for overall transformation delivery at SuperConcepts. He brings a depth of knowledge to the role and a strong track record for delivering large change programs — most recently holding senior leadership roles at Perpetual. His broad skill base spans financial services, technology and program management.
Chief Customer Officer
James is responsible for leading customer solutions function, drawing over 15 years’ experience in financial services and superannuation. He has held a variety of senior leadership roles and works with his team to continually improve the customer experience leveraging a background in digital and focus on innovation.
Chief Financial Officer
Adrian leads the team responsible for finance function, including financial reporting, tax and accounting, mergers and acquisitions and supply chain procurement. An accomplished senior finance leader with almost two decades’ experience in law, finance and financial services, Adrian has previously held roles at Orica, Morgan Stanley and Clayton Utz.
Chief Technology Officer
Kurt leads all IT aspects of SuperConcepts products and services. The former CEO and founder of Supercorp, he holds more than 30 years’ industry experience in the software and superannuation markets. As one of Australia’s most experienced executives in SMSF technology, Kurt is a thought leader and highly sought after expert in this dynamic and growing industry.
General Manager, Customer Service
Helen and her team are responsible for driving the customer service function at SuperConcepts. A highly experienced strategic leader, she has a strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service as well as driving large-scale change. Helen brings many years of senior leadership experience to the role from both Australia and overseas, with deep and detailed knowledge of the financial services sector.

As a former change leadership professional, Stuart offers keen insight into driving strong transformational agendas. With over 15 years’ experience in change leadership, he is highly capable of managing SuperConcepts’ ambitious growth plans. Stuart holds a deep understanding of corporate culture and the technical capabilities required to consistently deliver innovation.
General Manager, Technical Services & Education
Peter and his team are responsible for the delivery of education and technical support services to our customers and staff. A highly regarded expert on SMSF government policy, regulation and technical issues, Peter also acts as our SMSF media spokesperson. Before joining SuperConcepts, Peter was National Technical Director for the SMSF Association, previously known as SMSF Professionals’ Association of Australia (SPAA).
