The SuperConcepts Technical Education team has released two COVID-19 e-books providing answers to some questions about how the Government’s COVID-19 Superannuation measures work.
“Just over a week ago the Federal Government released its second stimulus package to assist individuals and businesses affected by COVID-19 and included in this package were some important relief measures for superannuation members,” said Peter Burgess, SuperConcepts General Manager of Technical Education Services.
“The SuperConcepts technical team has released two e-books which provide answers to some common questions about the new temporary compassionate ground early super release measure and the reduced drawdown rates for retirees”.
The e-books will be updated regularly as more information and guidance is released by the Government.
These e-books are free and are being provided to assist individuals understand how these new measures work and to ensure the individuals who are eligible for these measures, and could benefit from these measures, receive the relief these measures where designed to provide”, Mr Burgess said.
