SuperConcepts governance

May 1, 2018, 16:52 PM

With the Financial Services Royal Commission currently taking place in Australia and the resulting focus on corporate governance, I want to update you on the importance SuperConcepts places on our governance and fiduciary responsibilities.

SuperConcepts has over 30 years’ experience providing award-winning services to the SMSF sector. In using our services, we recognise the trust you place in us and our obligations to you. We take that trust very seriously.

To that end, we have governance structures and processes in place that we continually review and enhance with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of governance across SuperConcepts. One of these key governance structures relates to our board. The board of SuperConcepts has overall responsibility for the oversight and management of SuperConcepts and comprises a majority of non-executive directors. Details of our current board of directors, chaired by Richard Grellman, can be found on our website.

SuperConcepts fully supports the purpose of the Royal Commission and hopes it will result in positive outcomes for our clients and for our industry more broadly.

We remain committed to leading the SMSF administration industry and to delivering innovative services to SMSF participants.

Should you have any questions or concerns, I would be happy to discuss them. You can contact me by email at natasha.fenech@superconcepts.com.au.
