To help you and your team learn SuperMate, our web-based Guided Learning centre offers various training resources. Check out these recent enhancements. 

Sandpit training environment

Our Sandpit resource is a SuperMate training environment which clients can access over a three-week period.

It includes Learner Guides enabling you to test drive the software – enter funds, add data, create tasks and so on – and these have been enhanced to include more features, screenshots and tips. Check out the Works Learner Guide for a comprehensive training experience, to really get your team up to pace.

Sandpit enrolment is available via the Guided Learning page or by emailing training@supermate.com.au

New training videos

A range of training videos are available, all featuring an interactive table of contents and a PDF handout, which forms part of a working manual. 

Two new videos have recently been added.

• Reporting – Learn more about the various report tasks in SuperMate, including customised settings for Reports & Letters.
• ViewSuper – Learn more about the ViewSuper dashboard including how to customise the view for your clients.

How to find the Guided Learning centre

Login to SuperMate and click the tile (titled 'Want to learn more...') at the bottom of the home page.

Alternatively, go to the Help menu (located at the top-right of the screen) and choose ‘SuperMate Help’ – this launches a new screen which includes the Guided Learning centre.
